1. Overview
QuickBot AI is an Android application that allows users to send emails (single or bulk)
directly using their own Gmail account via the Gmail API.
The app requests the minimal scope gmail.send only.
2. Data Collection
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any Google user data to our servers.
- All actions (sending emails) occur directly between the user’s device and Google’s Gmail API.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
QuickBot AI does not share, sell, transfer, or disclose any Google user data
to third parties. No advertisers, analytics providers, or external partners have access
to your data.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- Since no data is stored on our servers, QuickBot AI retains no Google user data.
- All email content and recipient lists remain locally on the user’s device until
the user deletes them.
- Users may revoke the app’s access anytime via
Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
5. Data Protection
- All communication with Google’s Gmail API is protected via HTTPS and OAuth 2.0.
- No plaintext credentials are stored in the app.
- The app follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and requests the minimum required scope.
6. User Control
- Users can stop using the app at any time without data being retained.
- Users can revoke permissions directly from their Google account.
