Terms of Service – QuickBot AI

1. Introduction
Welcome to QuickBot AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QuickBot AI Android application (“App”). By using this App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Provided
- QuickBot AI allows you to send emails (single or bulk) through your Gmail account using the
gmail.send API scope only.
- The App does not read, modify, or delete your Gmail inbox data.
- All email sending actions are initiated by you, the user.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own Gmail account activity and for complying with Google’s Terms of Service.
- You must not use QuickBot AI for sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any activity prohibited under applicable laws.
- Violation of these Terms may result in suspension of your access to the App.
4. Data Protection
- The App uses OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure HTTPS connections.
- No user email content, addresses, or attachments are stored on QuickBot AI’s servers.
- Your Gmail data remains under your Google account and is protected by Google’s infrastructure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- QuickBot AI does not store or retain user data.
- Emails sent through the App remain in your Gmail “Sent” folder only.
- You may revoke QuickBot AI’s access anytime from your Google Account settings:
Manage App Access.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuickBot AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the App, loss of data, or unauthorized account activity caused by the user.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
